It’s no secret that celebrities place a high priority on being fit and looking fabulous. But behind the strict workout routines, crazy diet trends, and fancy salads are a bunch of donut fiends like us just looking for their next fix. From Lady Gaga to Beyonce to Zac Efron and more, these celebs destroy donuts and don’t care who knows it.
Beyoncé
Turns out for this Queen B, honey just won’t do. On her U.S. Formation Tour, Bae apparently requested no less than 4000 donuts be delivered every night for her team, including her favorite kind for her and daughter Blue Ivy. You know what they say, when life gives you Lemonade, chase it with donuts!
Zac Efron
Zac Efron has been spotted on occasion stuffing his face with donuts and we couldn’t be more jealous of Efron and the donut. But how the Baywatch babe can eat donuts and still have such an incredible bod is totally unfair! Although he has to often maintain a strict diet and exercise regime during movie roles like Baywatch, he admits he does let himself indulge once in a while. Bravo, Efron, you have willpower and washboard abs.
Selena Gomez
Selena Gomez proved there is never a bad time to have a donut when she posted a video celebrating National Donut Day by eating a chocolate frosted donut in full glam while riding in the back of a limo. She was basically living every single girl’s dream. Forget Prince Charming, we’ll take the donut instead.

Another man with a killer physique gorging on donuts, at the gym no less. Where is this gym and how do we sign up? Derek Hough has been spotted sneaking boxes of donuts into the gym before his workout seshes, which is basically the way we normies like to workout, minus the exercise part.

Lady Gaga is known for her food-inspired fashion looks like once wearing a dress made of raw beef to the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. But I think the singer/actress would agree that donuts are a girl’s best accessory plus they’re way tastier to eat off of someone’s body or off the ceiling. The Langham London hotel once made it rain donuts for Lady Gaga by hanging dozens of fancy fried rings in her hotel suite. She paid it forward by having boxes of donuts from the hotel delivered to her fans outside her concert.
Like Lady Gaga, we too wear donuts, except ours permanently stick to our stomachs and thighs. Baby, we were born this way!
